A doctor-supervised fitness assessment is the first step you’ll take into our fitness program. Before we can build a customized plan of workouts for you, we have to know what your body can handle and determine the best way to approach fitness for you. We begin by gauging your current fitness to determine the presence of risk factors and any symptoms that may be adversely affected by exercise and to help you start working toward your health goals quickly and safely.
We think personal training should be something that’s free of distractions and onlookers, which is why we offer privacy with our personal training studio. Our certified personal trainers customize exercise routines to fit your ability level and goals, with the one-on-one experience ensuring accountability, encouragement, education, and creative planning. Membership is $200 per month; sessions are $50 each.
Collective fitness makes everyone accountable for the accomplishments of the group, which adds an additional level of motivation for everyone as part of a group of people taking responsibility for their fitness. There’s something unique about sharing a collective goal, and blasting through that goal with a group of other people. We offer classes as well as individual instruction in such areas as PLYOGA (plyometric exercise mixed with the balance of yoga), strength training, calisthenics, flexibility, breathing, interval training, circuit workouts, and more. Series start at $30.
