Physical fitness is a state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of daily activities, occupations and sports. Exercise is a key to enhancing one’s fitness. Choose from cardio, calisthenics, weights, balance, flexibility, dance and many more modes.

Fitness Assessment

We begin by gauging your current fitness to determine the presence of risk factors and any symptoms that may be adversely affected by exercise and to help you start working toward your health goals quickly and safely. We also do Fit Checks, exclusive of the Doctor.

Personal Training

Doctor for Life offers exclusivity and privacy with Personal Training Studio. Our Certified Personal Trainers customize exercise routines to fit your ability level and goals. The one-on-one experience ensures accountability, encouragement, education and creative planning. Membership is $200 per month. Sessions are $50 each.

Group Exercise

Working out with others is incredibly motivating and rewarding. Doctor for Life Group Exercise Class Series are designed with special themes and structure. Progressions and timelines make commitments achievable and affordable. Series start at $30.
